Before becoming a jeweler and painter, Hubert Harmon had designed fashion for Schiaperelli, Jean Patou, Elizebeth Arden, and Marcel Rochas. By way of NYC, he moved to Taxco, Mexico in the 1940s and from 1943 to 1948, when he left Taxco he created his most sought after silver jewelry designs. Angel wings, feet, mermaids and poodles became signature.
