Gustav Stickley kept a set of Canton plates in his personal residence.
Lot is comprised of six salad plates and six soup bowls retailed by Siegfried Bing's Maison de l'Art Nouveau, Paris. Ink-stamped manufacturer's mark to underside of each bowl ‘l'Art Nouveau Paris’, to four plates ‘GDA France’, and to two plates ‘l'Art Nouveau Bing’.
