Lot is comprised of Song of Myself by Walt Whitman and Nature by Ralph Waldo Emerson. Song of Myself features a photogravure frontispiece of the author and floral title page, attributed to Samuel Warner. Bindings designed and executed by Harry Avery. Title page, initials, and tailpieces of Nature designed by Dard Hunter. Incised artist's initials and orb and cross mark to inside of each back cover ‘H.A’. Signed and numbered to each limitation page ‘67 Elbert Hubbard’ and ‘77 Elbert Hubbard'. These works are numbers 67 and 77 from the editions of 100 printed by The Roycroft Shop, East Aurora, New York.
