Alan Gard is regarded as a distinguished London jeweler. He started off his jewelry career through completing a seven-year long apprenticeship with the jeweler Crombie of Bond Street. His passion for creating bespoke pieces grew, as he continued to work with respected jewelers such as Andrew Grima and Hooper Bolton; after which he opened his own business. Gard’s success in the industry grew, and he was awarded prizes in the De Beers engagement ring design contest; and his work was displayed in many exhibitions worldwide.
