Piaget's Chic Wristwatches

Piaget was at the forefront of exquisite and creative designs in the 1960s and 70s. They seamlessly combined hardstones and intricate bracelet designs to craft timepieces that are as much jewelry as they are watches, and the present lot is one such example. Made in 1969, it sets rectangles of rich lapis and jade against organic, textured gold, creating a chic alternative to other more straightforward designs by large maisons.
